  • Shipping of goods from 3 different points;
  • Development of transport routes;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Issuing registration certificates of Ex-1, EUR-1 types;
  • Delivery to Kiev (Ukraine).

What we`ve done

First of all, when transporting fragile cargo it`s necessary to choose the car properly and provide means for fixing cargo into a vehicle. Corcel provided its own cars, equipped with all necessary facilities for the safe transportation of cargo for this shipping.

We have developed the most optimal route for cargo transportation as there were 3 loading points in Spain:

  • Onda – 2 pallets,
  • Villafames – 2 pallets,
  • Villarreal – 15 pallets.

Our driver was responsible for the goods to be properly and securely by belts inside the vehicle . This is a prerequisite for the safe cargo transportation.

Corcel`s brokers team has extensive experience in customs clearance in Ukraine and EU countries. For customs clearance, we helped our client to issue an export declaration Ex-1 and a certificate of origin EUR-1. All the documents for registration  were prepared in advance. Due to this, we saved time at the border. An important aspect at the border was to got a stamp of state radiological service.

Specification of the transportation:

  • The cargo had to be picked up at 3 locations in Spain;
  • Loading from the back of the vehicle;
  • Preparation of documentation such as Ex-1, EUR-1.
