Corcel on EXPO REAL 2022
Our team had the honor to attend EXPO REAL in Munich, Germany. This is the largest real estate exhibition in the European Union, which gathers under its roof more than 45,000 agents from all over the world and 1,000 companies represented at the stands. This year the exhibition was special for two reasons, firstly, for the first time in its 20-year history, the stand of Ukraine was presented, which united all Ukrainian companies represented at the exhibition, where our Corcel team was also present. Secondly, the main topic of the exhibition was the issue of the restoration of Ukraine after the war, where many global companies offered their business solutions to restore infrastructure and destroyed real estate, as well as invest in future projects in Ukraine.
Our delegation offered a solution in logistics, and informed the Europeans that logistics in Ukraine means service, quality and safety. We are the first country in the world to face a full-scale war and modern logistical connections that were rebuilt as the fighting progressed. And we shared this experience under the roof of EXPO REAL.
As many representatives of construction companies have said, the real estate sector will be at the forefront of Ukraine’s recovery in the future, but without the right logistics you will not get far, and we understand this very well. So it is, logistics will be an auxiliary force, and without effective management of logistics there will be no effective recovery in the shortest time required by both the population of our country and the world community.
