What we did

Transportation of ventilation equipment requires special attention to the choice of vehicle. Oversized cargo is usually transported on platforms or in cars with a tarpaulin. For this transportation, the Corsel team selected a car with a tarpaulin of appropriate volume (all Corsel cars comply with the Euro-5 standard). The equipment was loaded from above and from the side, since the cargo is oversized.

Our driver-forwarder monitored the loading process. It is very important that the goods are located in the body of the vehicle in such a way as to comply with all the load standards on the vehicle’s axles. Ventilation equipment is a very valuable commodity, so in this case additional fastening with belts in the car is required. This ensures the safety of the cargo throughout the entire transportation.

The team of Corsel brokers are professionals in customs clearance of cargo. We have extensive experience in customs clearance of various types of goods both in Ukraine and abroad. In addition, we issue permits of any complexity for our clients (certificates, special import-export permits, etc.).

For the transportation of ventilation equipment, the Corsel team prepared in advance all the documents necessary for customs clearance.

In Spain, we issued an export declaration, as well as a TIR-Carnet, which allows us to transport cargo under customs seal and stamp.

The Corsel fleet is represented by 80 vehicles that meet the Euro-5 standard. For this transportation, we developed an optimal route, thanks to which the goods arrived on time to the final recipient intact and safe.
