International transportation of confectionery Spain – Ukraine

Necessary services from us

Our client was interested in a complex service of the goods transportation:

  • The choice of the optimal vehicle for transporting of food;
  • Fastening of goods inside the car;
  • Issuing of Carnet TIR for simplification of customs procedures;
  • Shipping by refrigerator to Ukraine.

What we`ve done

First of all, to transport food, you need to choose the most suitable vehicle. For the loading of confectionery products, we supplied our refrigerator, which complies with the Euro-5 standard, to the warehouse in Spain.

Secondly, our obligatory task was to ensure a reliable fastening of the goods in the car. Our driver-forwarder made sure that the cargo was correctly located and fastened in the truck.

The team of Corcel`s brokers advised the client in advance when preparing for customs clearance. It is important to note that when importing confectionery products it is required to issue a certificate EUR-1. Also for this transportation we have issued Carnet TIR, due to which the process of customs clearance has been greatly simplified.

During the transportation the temperature was at a level of 12-20ºC.

It is important to deliver food on time and in accordance with the temperature regime, because the goods can deteriorate on the way to the consignee.

Peculiarities of transportation:

  • Corcel provided its own truck (refrigerator);
  • The temperature during the transportation was maintained at + 12-20ºC;
  • Issuing of the certificate EUR-1;
  • Issuing of Carnet TIR.

Transportation of confectionary products is a complex and responsible process, which requires attention to all the stages of transportation, since our main task is to deliver the cargo to the customer on time and in full safety.
