What we`ve done

Titanium dioxide is used in the production of varnishes, paints, enamels, as well as in the production of plastics, paper and other products. Our customers often require transportations of chemistry (non-hazardous) to the European countries (including Spain), as Ukrainian chemical production is in demand among European partners.

Transportation of chemistry is an extremely important process, because the chemical substances (under condition of non-compliance with the rules of transportation) could harm the environment.

All stages of the transportation process, namely, handling, fastening goods, transportation and storage must be carried out by trained professionals.

Our team has picked the right mean of transportation for our loyal customer (shipments have been sent several times per month). All vehicles of Corcel`s fleet  meet Euro-5 standard. During the carriage of non-hazardous chemicals it is important to avoid direct sunlight on the cargo, so we have prepared the car with a tent for transportation of titanium dioxide.

Loading pallets into the truck were carried out by means of a loading machine (back loading type).

Our specialists have securely fastened the cargo into the truck to avoid the movement of goods inside the vehicle.

For that transportation we helped our clients to arrange CMR, which is one of the most important documents during transportation, and require careful check of the data.

Customs clearance for the carriage was carried out by of our client.

Transportation of chemistry was carried out by one of the most experienced drivers. The route, designed by Corcel`s team helped possible to avoid additional costs in case of a vehicle downtime.

Peculiarities of transportation:

  • We supplied Corcel`s own truck (tent);
  • Back loading into the truck;
  • Corcel helped the client to issue CMR;
  • The customer himself made the customs clearance at the place of loading;
  • Customs clearance was in La Jonquera in Spain.
