What we`ve done

Transportation of agricultural machinery is in demand among our customers in certain seasons – spring and autumn, when it is time to plant seeds or harvest. Сorcel team has extensive experience in the transportation of agricultural machinery and equipment, so we constantly have new inquires from our old and new customers.

In order to professionally carry out the transportation of the harvest machine, firstly, we need to find the right truck and to ensure the process of loading.

In this case the harvest machine could be downloaded only from the top, so Corcel provided its own truck (tilt) for this transportation, which corresponds to the standard Euro-5. When loading the car, our driver-forwarder ensured the cargo to be properly located in the body of the vehicle, as well as provided additional fixing equipment inside the truck. As agricultural machinery is an expensive commodity, it is important to provide its securing inside the truck. This ensures the safety of cargo while driving.

Logistics company Corcel has extensive experience in customs clearance of cargoes both in the EU and in Ukraine.

During transportation of agricultural machinery, our brokers have prepared a complete set of documents, in order to avoid any difficulties with customs clearance at the border.

Among the required documents, we have prepared:

  • export declaration in Italy (EX-1);
  • certificate of origin (EUR-1).

Customs clearance took place at the border in Strumivka, unloading in Lutsk. On the border with Ukraine, it was necessary to put a seal of radiological services, as well as to provide a full package of documents for import clearance.

  • Top-loading into the truck;
  • Additional equopment for cargo securing;
  • Issuing EX-1 and EUR-1;
  • Radiological services at the border.
